I have compiled a list of important travel applications used by frequent travellers, gadget freaks and even those who are unfamiliar with the technology, which is easy to use and guaranteed to make your travel experience much better.

1. Trip Advisor   



You must have used Tripadvisor at some point or the other to   search reviews on hotels, restaurants or other local attraction if you are a traveller of any sort. This interesting website is now available as an app so users can search nearby addresses and local attractions and post reviews about them on the go. Tripadvisor is available on platforms like iPhone, iPad, Nokia, Windows, Palm and Android

Everything you need to know about the weather is right here in this app. A free yet reliable app that features full screen radar weather maps, seasonal information, weather news and a social plugin through which users can submit their own photos of weather conditions.
